River Valley Loans is an independent online loan matching marketplace only. We are NOT a lender, mortgage broker, loan broker, or financial institution of any kind. We do not:
- Make loan offers or commitments to lend money.
- Determine loan eligibility or conduct credit checks.
- Set, negotiate, or influence interest rates, fees, or repayment terms.
- Guarantee that you will be matched with a lender or receive a loan offer.
- Guarantee loan approval or fund disbursement upon a match.
Our service connects consumers with a network of independent, third-party lenders. Any loan offer you receive will be solely between you and the individual lender. You are under no obligation to accept any loan offer presented to you. If you choose to proceed with a lender, you will be subject to that lender's own terms, conditions, privacy policies, and applicable laws.
River Valley Loans does not charge you any fee for using our matching service. Any fees, origination charges, prepayment penalties, or other costs are determined solely by the lender and will be disclosed in the lender's loan agreement.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and all of its contents — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — are the exclusive property of Cascade Services, LLC or its content suppliers and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
