Your CCPA Rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information to third parties.
When you submit a loan request through River Valley Loans, your information (including your name, email, ZIP code, and loan amount preference) is transmitted to participating lenders in our network who may review your request. Under CCPA definitions, this transmission may constitute the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
By submitting the opt-out form below, you are requesting that River Valley Loans stop transmitting your personal information to third-party lenders and marketing partners going forward.
Important Notice
- Submitting this form does not cancel or affect any existing loan agreements you have entered into directly with a lender.
- This opt-out applies to future sharing only. We cannot retroactively recall data already transmitted to lenders.
- Opting out means we will no longer be able to match your request with network lenders.
- We will process your request within 15 business days and confirm via email.
